Brewing Notes
Place approx. 2-3 scoops of panda matcha in your matcha bowl. Then wet with 15 ml water of water or milk heated to max 70ºC. Thoroughly knead mixture using bamboo whisk until smooth paste forms. Add 70ml of remaining water or milk of your choice and mix until consistent. Adding honey is great for enhancing a sweeter flavour in your Charcoal Latte.
